This therapy is simply a mechanical means of providing mobilization to individual segments of the spine. As the machine's rollers go up and down the spine, they flex and extend each joint to stretch and strengthen the muscles and ligaments. This way, we can increase the spine's mobility. We can also use this therapy to reduce or restore the spine's four natural curves. This therapy can benefit almost everyone; it is rarely contraindicated. Used as an adjunct to adjustments, it helps get the spinal joints moving as well as possible in preparation for the positioning and repositioning of those joints.
